FACE FOUNDRIÉ’s Founder + CEO, Michele Henry knew she wanted to follow in her family’s entrepreneurial footsteps from a young age. In 2010, Michele founded PRIMP, a cheap chic boutique, that expanded to eight brick-and-mortar locations across the Midwest, styling nearly a million women. Inspired by her skincare challenges following the birth of her third child, Michele founded FACE FOUNDRIÉ in March 2019, an efficient and effective focused facial bar, offering affordable, approachable services, in a modern and inclusive environment, making skincare accessible to all.

This led to the decision to find a new location within The Galleria that would provide more space, a higher-end shopping experience, and an elevated design to meet our client’s changing needs.
The new space features a larger footprint to accommodate increased booking times and appointment availability. Embracing the brand’s new design ethos, the store offers a modern and organic ambiance with neutral colors, warm textures, and lush greenery, creating a serene oasis, aimed at enhancing the client experience.
The expanded retail area offers ample space for browsing a wide selection of skincare products, while the improved separation between the retail and service areas ensures a seamless and relaxing experience for clients. Curved cash wrap walls and carefully curated textured surfaces on both the interior and exterior contribute to an elevated and serene ambiance. Additionally, the onsite restroom adds convenience, while easy access to the exterior entrance and parking, located adjacent to Sweetgreen and Crave, allows patrons to enter from either side with ease.
