Founding Membership FAQs
Founding Facial Maven membership includes one focused facial and one enhancement each month. Active members receive 10% off additional services and retail purchases. The 10% discount cannot be combined with other offers, used for or shared with other customers, or applied to specialty products such as packages.
Founding Facial Maven memberships will be automatically charged when your FACE FOUNDRIE officially opens its doors for business. You will not be charged prior to opening. Once the doors officially open, membership payments are automatically charged on the 1st of each month. A valid credit card must be kept on file.
Unused facial and enhancement credits roll over for one additional month before expiring. Example: If you are charged on June 1, credits are valid through July 31.
You may cancel by emailing your local store or request to cancel on the app at least 48 hours before the 1st of the month.
You may pause your membership with no fee.
