Meet Our Founder + CEO, Michele Henry

Michele knew young she wanted to be an entrepreneur, heading her father's construction crew before she was 20. In 2010, she swapped construction boots for stilettos and started PRIMP, a cheap chic boutique that grew to eight Midwest locations and styled nearly a million women.

After her third child, Michele went looking for skincare that could keep up with her changing skin, hormones and life. Between three little ones and zero flexibility, booking a spa day three weeks out just wasn't happening.

So she built the thing she couldn't find: a modern menu of services with same-day booking, made for busy real life. Because your face is the first thing that walks into a room, and when you feel and look your best, you do your best.

Michele opened FACE FOUNDRIÉ in 2019 with walk-in lash extensions, facial waxing, 20 to 40-minute facials and curated skincare products, ready to make accessible skincare the industry standard. Today, that vision keeps growing, one facial bar, one esthetician, one client at a time.
