How We Started
Founder + CEO, Michele knew at a very young age she wanted to be an entrepreneur. Michele started PRIMP, a cheap chic boutique, and grew it to eight brick-and-mortar locations and 25 million in sales. The concept has styled nearly a million women and counting.
Her love for all things beauty didn’t stop with clothing as she set out to fill a major void in the aesthetics marketplace.
After having her third child, Michele searched for skin care treatments that could support her changing skin, the shift in hormones, age, pregnancies, and life, while also fitting into her busy, modern lifestyle.

FACE FOUNDRIÉ provides clients with trendy and effective services that address different skin types and concerns. FACE FOUNDRIÉ offers Hungarian massage, facial cupping, cryotherapy along with brow and lash services.
Three Revenue Streams
- → Services: Efficient and effective services ranging from 20 to 50-minute services at an array of price points. The curated menu has facial, brow, and lash services along with enhancement options for a personalized approach.
- → Memberships: Approachable pricing options along with membership perks. Memberships allow for recurring and projected revenue.
- → Products: Provide an array of products that address different skin types and concerns from medical grade to certified organic.
The Investment
Initial Franchise Fee: $45,000 for one location, or $36,000/unit for multi-unit developments
Royalty Fee: 7%
National Marketing Fee: 3%
