How We Started

Founder + CEO, Michele knew at a very young age she wanted to be an entrepreneur. Michele started PRIMP, a cheap chic boutique, and grew it to eight brick-and-mortar locations and 25 million in sales. The concept has styled nearly a million women and counting.

Her love for all things beauty didn’t stop with clothing as she set out to fill a major void in the aesthetics marketplace.

After having her third child, Michele searched for skin care treatments that could support her changing skin, the shift in hormones, age, pregnancies, and life, while also fitting into her busy, modern lifestyle.

From inception, Michele created FACE FOUNDRIÉ to be a franchise concept. She wanted to help others become entrepreneurs through FACE FOUNDRIÉ’s franchise business opportunities.

FACE FOUNDRIÉ has design options to ensure your location fits the look and feel of your clients and neighborhood. From warm, neutral tones with pampas grass and rattan egg chairs to black assent furniture and décor with white chandeliers, our design options have been perfected for each space.

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is dedicated to supporting their franchise partners through each stage of their business. Franchisees have a dedicated Project Manager to assist you through the site selection, lease negotiations, and build-out phases along with real estate partners that are experts in your market.

Throughout your build-out and pre-open phases, you will be connected with a team of experts from training, operations, and marketing. Franchisees have support throughout the lifetime of their Franchise Agreement from operations and marketing along with creative + digital support.
